Adele was one of Kurt's cousins, who along with her sister, Jolene, were stranded in New York on 911. Jolene was frightened to stay in NYC in case more bad things happened so we all loaded up my van and headed an hour north to a campground. Only to wake up the next morning in pouring rain and soggy tents. So we drove back to Harlem.
This song was also played on a Casio MT-520 with the drums and melody synth. The bass line was done on a Korg Trinity. One of my prettiest melodies.
