A simple punk rock type riff which I augmented with my out-of-control sounding pitch wheel bends on my synth and Kurtis' effected guitar riffing. Kurtis enjoys reading all kinds of conspiracy books, so I wrote this one for him.
While Kurtis was on tour with the Gang Of Four, guitarist Andy Gill said to him that he liked the Mutronium CD a lot and his favorites were "Trilateral" and "Square Mile". When Melt played Manchester in 1994, Colin Newman from the band Wire also told Kurtis how fantastic we were. So we must have been doing something right if two of my all-time favorite post-punk bands were digging our music.
