This song was originally a song of mine called "Electronic Labyrinth" which Darren added synths and lyrics to and made an even better song. One of the great things about working with other musicians is when they do something cool that you would have never thought of on your own.
The lyrics came about after I had sent emails to Darren telling him all about the flea infestation, 98 flies that came out of a hole under the tub (seriously, I counted them all as I was swatting them), mice, rats, and daily cockroaches in my Harlem NYC apartment. And lets not forget the ceiling that fell in and almost flatten me while on the toilet !
I wrote the drums, bass synth and the progression, circuit-bent Speak&Read, plus some background synths. Darren did the lyrics and vocals, the weird synths and lead synths, female vocal percussion.
